Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Digit Solutions ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our website (viraldigit.com) and any mobile application we publish on Google Play under the developer name "Viral Digit Solutions" (together, the "Services").
1. Our approach: your content stays on your device
Our apps are designed to work on your device. Photos, videos, signatures, documents and other content you choose in our apps are processed locally on your phone. We do not upload this content to our servers, and we do not operate servers that receive or store it. Our apps do not require you to create an account.
2. Information we collect
- Content you select: processed only on your device to provide the feature you use. Saved results and history stay in your device storage until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- Content downloads: some apps download static content such as templates, presets or feature updates from our content delivery network (Cloudflare). As with any internet request, technical data such as your IP address, device type and app version is processed by the network provider to deliver the content and protect against abuse. We do not attach personal identifiers to these requests.
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to reply.
3. App permissions
Our apps request only the permissions a feature needs, such as camera (to take a photo), photos and media (to pick or save files) and notifications (for reminders). You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Denying a permission only disables the feature that needs it.
4. Advertising
Free versions of our apps show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions to show, measure and improve ads, which may be personalized where permitted. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice in the app. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. 5. Purchases
In-app purchases (for example, removing ads) are processed by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase and never see your card, UPI or other payment details. Google's handling of payment information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Crash reports and analytics
Some apps may use Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to understand crashes and how features are used. These services may collect device information, app version, crash logs, usage events and an app instance identifier. We use this information only to fix problems and improve our apps, not to identify you.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob, Google Play, Google Firebase and Cloudflare) to operate the Services, or when required by law.
8. Children
Our general apps are not directed to children under 13. Apps that we design for children follow the Google Play Families Policy: they show only non-personalized ads from Families-certified ad providers, do not collect personal information from children, and place purchases behind a parental gate. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data retention and deletion
Content and history created in our apps are stored on your device. You can delete them inside the app, by clearing the app's data, or by uninstalling the app. Since we do not hold your content or an account for you, there is no server-side data for us to delete. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond.
10. Security
Keeping processing on your device minimizes the data that leaves your phone. Content downloads use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and raise a grievance, by writing to viraldigitsolutions@gmail.com. 12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will also be noted in the app or on this page.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the website viraldigit.com and the mobile applications published by Viral Digit Solutions (the "Services"). By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, documents and other content you use in our apps. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use that content and that your use complies with the law. Content is processed on your device, and we do not claim any ownership of it.
3. Accuracy of presets and results
Some apps provide presets, such as photo sizes and file size limits for exam or application forms. These are provided as guidance based on publicly available information and may change without notice. Always check the latest official notification or instructions before submitting. We are not responsible for any rejected application, missed deadline or other outcome resulting from the use of a preset or output.
4. Purchases and refunds
Paid features are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies. Prices may vary by region and may change. Purchases are linked to your Google account and can be restored on the same account.
5. Advertising
Free versions of our apps display ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to create or share unlawful, harmful, infringing or misleading content; to forge or alter official documents or identity materials; to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute our apps except as permitted by law; or to interfere with the operation of the Services.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Google Firebase and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
The apps, designs, templates, logos and the name "Viral Digit Solutions" are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Templates provided in our apps may be used for your personal creations within the app.
9. Client services
Development, product and consulting services provided to clients are governed by a separate written agreement between Viral Digit Solutions and the client. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
10. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Digit Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity or profit, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app will not exceed the amount you paid for that app's paid features in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps. We may suspend or end access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
